In-platform chat is for transaction-related inquiries only. Harassment, solicitation of off-platform bypass, or sharing of sensitive personal financial information is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitation

CoSwap is a peer-to-peer facilitator and is not liable for the non-performance of individual coupons or user behavior, although we strive to maintain a safe environment through verification protocols.

All prices are set by the sellers. CoSwap may facilitate transactions via secure payment gateways. Any applicable service fees will be clearly displayed before purchase completion.

User Conduct

By using CoSwap, you agree not to post fraudulent listings, engage in deceptive practices, or disrupt the platform's technical integrity.

Fraud and Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Reporting invalid coupons or chargeback abuse will result in immediate investigation and potential account suspension.

Platform Rights

CoSwap reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, update features, and moderate content to maintain the health of the marketplace.

Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal identification information to third parties.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. CoSwap reserves the right to terminate access for users found in breach of these terms.

Liability

CoSwap acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the individual quality of coupons provided by third-party sellers, though we provide dispute resolution tools.
